-Ok so you need to design a new outfit to wear on build-a-bearville
-You can hand draw OR use paint to design it NOT BOTH
-YOU CAN only have one entry

-Most Imortantly Have fun and enjoy the contest!

THE CONTEST ENDS 2ND JANUARY!

I am not telling you the prize but it includes a name colour!
